Question: Do you allow smoking in your store?
Answer: Yes, we are a true cigar lounge. Except for within our humidor, our entire store & lounge area is smoke-friendly. We are exempt from the Smoke Free Arizona Act since we are classified as a "retail tobacco store."
Question: Do you sell cuban cigars?
Answer: No. Selling cuban cigars is illegal. Click here for a history lesson.
Question: Is Toby Keith's "I Love This Bar & Grill" now open at Mesa Riverview?
Answer: Yes, it is directly across from our store, right behind Bass Pro Shops!
This place has a mechanical bull and check out the 85 foot guitar shaped bar.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located at the intersection of the 101 & 202 freeways in Mesa at Mesa Riverview. We are on the east side of the 101 right behind Bass Pro Shops.

Question: Do you have a membership fee?
Answer: No. Although our store looks like a private club, it is open to the public as long as you are at least 18 years old. Here at Big Sticks, all the customers are members.
Question: Is there a charge to use your pool table?
Answer: No. As long as you've made a purchase, you are free to use all of our amenities; including our pool table, chess sets, dominoes, checkers, card table and lounge area.
Question: Do you offer gift cards?
Answer: We sell gift certificates in increments of $20, $35, $50, and $75 dollars.
You can purchase them individually or combine them to purchase a larger amount.
Question: Do you serve alcohol?
Answer: No. However, we do sell coffee, a wide variety of Coke products, Dasani bottled water and IBC Root Beer, Cream Soda & Black Cherry. But......
Toby Keith's Bar right across the walkway from Big Sticks serves alcohol so you can take your cigar from us over to the EAST end patio at Toby's to smoke and drink.
Question: Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Answer: Although it would be great if you could, the answer is no.
Question: Do you sell pipe tobacco?
Answer: No, not at this location. Our other store Blew Smoke in Gilbert has over 70 different pipe tobacco blends for you to choose from. Check them out.
Question: Can I bring in my own cigars?
Answer: Yes you can, but just so you know, we have a huge selection in our walk-in humidor. If you do decide to bring your own cigar and smoke it, we charge a $6 (six dollar) per person, per stick clipping fee; similar to some restaurants that charge a corking fee for bringing in your own wine.
Question: What's the price range of the cigars in your humidor?
Answer: We offer a wide variety of cigars ranging from $1.15 per stick to $47.50 per stick. Click here to see a listing of the cigar brands we carry.
Question: Why must I be at least 18 years old to enter your store?
Answer: Since you and anyone you bring with you, must be 18 years old to purchase tobacco products, and our store does not provide a non-smoking area, the owners have decided not to allow minors ( ANYONE under 18 ) in the store at all.
